Very good, friendly and easy to understand interface.

Very good, friendly and easy to understand interface. Much more modern feel than traditional banks. Very generous interest rates for savings accounts that can be accessed freely. Originally opened an account for the rounded savings feature and will soon be moving all other banks into this. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Miles ahead of the other banks

Monzo is clearly the leader in customer experience.

Monzo is clearly the leader in customer experience. All money and financial actions are clearly explained and notified. They demystify complicated and confusing actions, and build customer confidence in for example investing. They are heads and shoulders above the competitors in banking experience and therefore manage to offer slightly less enticing financial incentives to customers. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
