From occasional to primary account

Originally opened a Monzo account to use it abroad for spending money when on holiday without any charges but I’ve enjoyed the flexibility and ease so much that I’m slowly starting to use it more for a general day to day account. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Baking doenst need to be boring

I only got Monzo to use in Spain, it's main bank now.

I only got Monzo to use in Spain because you get a good rate and it's convenient. I then realised it was good for savings and perks, just better than my existing bank. I use it all the time now as my main bank. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
