A good bank

The app is very easy to use, easy to send and receive money. I’ve not had any issues. I haven’t had to contact customer service so can’t comment on that, but good experience so far. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Seamless app, intuitive and easy to use.

They have a brilliant app which is very easy to set up and use. They have a referral scheme which I've not managed to use as all my friends/family are already with them. Haven't had any issues with the app/service at all. There's currently a saving competition on at the moment which for once in my life has encouraged me to save, which is no mean feat. I would recommend Monzo to anyone who will listen (and those who don't, too!). Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Modern Banking, Simplified

Monzo is a fantastic, user-friendly banking app. Real-time spending notifications and "pots" for saving are excellent. Easy setup, instant card freezing, and responsive customer service make it a top choice. While lacking physical branches, the app's convenience is unmatched. Highly recommended.
