Great customer service.

Great customer service. Brilliant app and very easy to use. Easy to pay people and request payment. Easy to move money around between pots, savings, joint account and personal accounts. Getting paid early and using Flex benefits to manage cashflow are fantastic. Nothing better than Monzo in the market in my opinion, and I have tried many of them. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

I now enjoy banking. Just awesome!

With Monzo, I am finally happy with the concept of banking. I have become more aware of my spending without it feeling like a chore. I enjoy the clarity of terms and conditions, which for the first time, in my banking life, I fully understand and feel are written for me to be aware of terms and conditions, not to drown me in jargon. I have once been scammed on both my Monzo and my then regular bank card. Monzo‘s investigation, and straightforward questioning made me feel valued andlistened to, but also held accountable in an adult way. The other bank just cancelled my card and never refunded the amount, not bothering about the issue. I love how easy the app is to use, and the innovation that is baked into it. I love the flexibility, and the fact that I’ve been able to open an account for my under 16 and that I get to educate her about banking so she can make informed choices, hopefully earlier in life than me. I have, a few years into my Monzo account, stop banking with traditional and very backwards thinking banks, and couldn’t be happier with my choice, many years on. Monzo make it very engaging to bank with them with some incentives and challenges which are fun to take part in. I believe I can credit Monzo with getting me out of debt without patronising me, but being there to support me when I needed some further help, and for making me enjoy banking and saving, which means I’ve completely turned around my attitude to money. User-friendly

Monzo is my main bank account since 6 years now. I was nicely surprised how easy it was to open an account with them, more likely because I'm French and at the time was Au Pair and had no idea a bank like Monzo excited. All service is top-rank and I always recommend it to my friends/colleagues. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Monzo - the best bank!
