Best app design, great service and savings initiatives.

They have the best app design and user experience than any other bank out there. They also always get your money back from dodgy stores even if you have to wait out the year. I love their categories for spending too so I can track which areas are costing me more than others. So organised and helpful. I also like their help with saving initiatives. Fantastic bank

I was scammed online this year and Monzo made me feel that I was listened to and supported. I lost a few thousand pounds which I thought i would never get back. Monzo returned all the money I was scammed out of and were so supportive during this awful ordeal Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
