Everything I need in one Place!

Everything I need in one Place! I love the Monzo current account as it shows me exactly where I'm spending my money, it allows me to put spend triggers in place for money management, I have seperate pots for specific spending and savings. Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Monzo

Over the past year, my experience with Monzo has been quite frustrating. The customer service has significantly declined, with advisors often lacking the necessary knowledge to assist with my queries. On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect information, which led to further complications and delays. This lack of reliability and poor service has been a major letdown, especially considering how promising Monzo once was. I hope they address these issues, but as of now, I'm quite disappointed with their service. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
