Inability to easily reach customers service

Couple weeks ago my card was stolen and money taken from my account to purchase items I did not initiate. I have never been so frustrated especially trying to get in contact with its customer service. Almost like monzo is not interested in engaging with the customers no matter the issue. It is very user friendly. The online banking gives a satisfactory experience to the users. We can generate personalised statement whenever we want giving the users ultimate control on their accounts. Better than any High Street bank

Great product, love the ease of spending abroad and how the exchange rate is the best available, savings rate is better than any High street bank for instant access. Love the updates from monzo when ever I make a purchase or transaction I get instant update to my phone.
