: Navigating Convenience and Challenges with Monzo Bank

I've been using Monzo Bank for about a year now and have found it extremely convenient for managing my daily finances. The app interface is user-friendly and makes it easy to track my spending with real-time notifications every time I use my card. I particularly appreciate the budgeting tools which help me keep an eye on my monthly spending habits. However, I did face some issues with customer service response times when I had a query regarding an unauthorized transaction. Fine, but only fine

Eh, an okay app when compared with the dinosaurs of the banking world, but ultimately trailing behind more digitally native competitors.
