Faultless Experiences from Day One

Have been using Monzo for 3 years now and have had an absolutely faultless experience. Great app, great customer service and even my shiny metallic debit card gets compliments. From using old fashioned banks who felt like their stuck in the dark ages, Monzo provides a modern day approach which even technophobes can understand. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Monzo account has become my defacto daily driver

Monzo account has become my daily driver for a few years now and the ease of use and feature I need for keeping me informed of my spending and usage of the account plus nudges/recommendations is really good. I’m using Monzo more and more for my daily needs and my main bank account usage has significantly reduced in the past few years since I got Monzo Plus. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Monzo has literally changed my life.

Monzo has literally changed my life. I’ve never been able to budget very well and having all the pots for different expenses has allowed me to finally get in control of my finances. Fantastic!

Pilot cashback feature is great and overall look and feel of app is excellent. Only somewhat confusing aspect is sometimes difficult to tell whether you are in your personal current account, personal savings vs joint current account and joint savings. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
