Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. No updates to fraud enquiry in over a month and support staff send a consistent stream of copy and paste answers with no further information and full of patronising words and emojis. Impossible to speak to someone who can actually help. Reviewed on: 27th May 2024

Inability to easily reach customers service

Couple weeks ago my card was stolen and money taken from my account to purchase items I did not initiate. I have never been so frustrated especially trying to get in contact with its customer service. Almost like monzo is not interested in engaging with the customers no matter the issue. It is very user friendly. The online banking gives a satisfactory experience to the users. We can generate personalised statement whenever we want giving the users ultimate control on their accounts.
