They have a Great app, reliable service (no outages, or app issues) and great customer service whenever I’ve needed to use them. I had trouble with ordering a new card to a different address when I was on holiday however this was resolved quickly and by a helpful colleague Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

I love monzo as it helps me manage my money better, the visibility, different tabs and budgets helps me see exactly how much I am spending and where and helps me predict for the future. I love the functionalities and I always get paid early . Monzo gives me the flexibility to receive my salary 1 day earlier if I want to . It allows me to set up my savings account , holiday pots , mother’s allowance pot or family business pots . Easy to send money anywhere in the world . It’s highly protective of my finances it has fraudulent security to cover me from any scams . Very fast service and reliable . Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
