Monzo has been easy to use since the day I set it up...

Monzo has been easy to use since the day I set it up 4/5 years ago, The app is a gamechanger and constantly has new, forward thinking features that highstreet banks are constantly trailing behind. My only negative is the end of year round up feature. Being told you're in the top 10% of deliveroo customers on Monzo was a humbling experience. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024

Monzo really care for their customers!

Monzo really care for their customers! A few years back I had a restaurant in New York take 2 payments from my account and when I contacted Monzo they refunded one payment immediately( they could clearly see that it was a duplicate) while they pursued the money back from the restaurant. Excellent service! Oh and I love the no fees abroad which I believe they were one of the first to introduce and their social media presence is second to none Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
