I love using Monzo!

I love using Monzo. It's super easy, has loads of really great features which make it easy to manage your money and overall has a lovely UI and user experience. If ever I've needed support it's been easy to get through to speak to someone, and I like how easy it is to do simple things like transfer money or open savings accounts within the app. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

They're actually the best

It's so easy to use and the functionality they give is exceptional. It makes it so easy to manage your money, see what you're spending, and allocate payments. I always recommend people move to Monzo. I've never felt like a bank cared before - until Monzo. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo plus

With Monzo I am in control of my finances

Monzo has finally put me in control of my finances - gamification works people! From sorting my salary into different 'pots' so I can budget better, to making it easy to request money from slow to pay friends, via showing me my actual, real balance as soon as a payment goes through, banking with Monzo has been one of the best financial decisions (if not THE best) in my life. And have I mentioned the interest on my savings? Not only would I recommend you switch to Monzo, but also that you get their paid for Monzo Plus if you can afford it - it gives you a whole bunch of other perks, including a monthly review of your credit score, which for years I was absolutely terrified to check. How 21st Century banking should be done

Very easy to use, app is flawless and (to date) I have never had an issue with it. I don't miss branches at all. I feel like Monzo genuinely care about their customers' experience. Innovative products like Flex are another example of how they continue to evolve. I recently opened an ISA with Monzo too and it took less than a minute. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
