No notes! I’ve always had a great experience with Monzo - fantastic UX and app design, easy to use and understand. Their benefits and perks are clearly advertised and I feel like I’m getting value for money for what I get vs what I pay for the Perks account. Help bank and support is great - 9/10 has the info I’m looking for and on the few occasions it hasn’t then customer support has been quick and efficient. I feel like Monzo cares about me as a customer and that’s why I’ve stayed with them. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Experience with Monzo as the primary current account

Monzo is my primary current account. The app is among the best for UK banks and include many features. Although I wish a few features were included in the free plan, the subscription tier Extra is still worth the money so far. It is very easy to organize savings and expenses to various pots as well. I’ve been banking with monzo since they opened and I’d never go back to another bank, i absolutely love all the features, the customer services I have always had has been amazing and so helpful. I’ve recommended monzo many times and will continue too. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Useful perks and advice and good customer service

Visibility of current and saving account - perks good value for money. Used their £1 savings challenge in 2025 and an easy way to save without.
