Never had a bad experience

I can't say I've had a bad experience since I started using Monzo. I love that the app is so clear, and yet so feature rich at the same time. I also love that it's so easy to open savings pots and see them right there which helps me plan for larger purchases. I don't remember having to contact them for customer services so I can't comment there. The only negative is the new home screen, that is taking some time to get used to and has caused a little bit of confusion with the way things are laid out, but over time the ability to customise what I see is helping with that. Easiest Banking Experience

Great bank, couldn't recommend enough!

It has been a simple but effective process dealing with Monzo. It is a great service and has really helped with managing my finances each month! The colour of the card always gets comments when you go to use them and not having to pay charges abroad has always been a plus. Their social media presence is also top tier! The BEST!

I've used Monzo since 2017 and it's still my go to for many things - every day spending, budgeting, saving and travel. I use the pots to save money and make a bit of interest, I use the penny saving challenge every year, I use the round-up savings on purchases and use my card in different countries without charges. It's an all in one card with so many benefits (and also great cashbacks). I would NEVER vote for Halifax in something like this which says a lot that I'm voting for Monzo. I'd be lost without my Monzo card and the app. Its ease of use, the way I'm saving without even noticing and the fact that Monzo's LinkedIn/Social Media team are absolutely hilarious, makes for an easy and enjoyable banking experience.
