Perspective is key to banking happiness

I'm happy with Monzo. I did partially switch to Starling a year ago due to poor customer experience with Monzo and what I felt was a decreasing service for non premium members. But even with these negative changes, they still hold up well against Starling (and very well against high street banks). Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo makes managing my money much less stressful

Monzo makes managing my money much less stressful. I have clarity over how much I'm spending, what I have left to spend, and what I'm saving too. The product is slick, and makes things easy. This year, I've started using their investment product and I'm so impressed at the transparency over my investments - plus I'm currently seeing good returns, which is a bonus!
