Very happy customer here :)

I've once had an issue where a retailer took my money twice for one order and Monzo got me the money back in no time, I was super happy. Love their app - SUCH a good interface and intuitive. I'm also a premium member and super happy with that as well. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo saved the day with panache!

I've used monzo for years - the pivotal point for me was when I found a Monzo card on the street (someone elses) I called them and they immediately cancelled it and sent to person a new one and contacted them and just asked me if I wouldnt mind chopping the old one up (ofcourse I said yes) - yes it was the right thing to do, but the ease and panache that the customer service person had was just fantastic! Makes banking easy and fun

I've never found finance interesting - it's a clunky, hard to understand industry that feels elitist and difficult to access. Makes money management easy

I’ve been with Monzo since the beta days and use it for my primary account, joint account, savings account and ISA. The app is so well-considered and intuitive. Over the years, I really feel that Monzo has helped me develop a more sensible and engaged relationship with my finances.
