Monzo is my favourite banking app to use and has been for years. It’s easy to pay people and categorise things, works seamlessless with cashback apps, gives great security in that I can block my card if something should happen, and when it came to renewal time for my card I was given plenty of notice and warning with the chance to update my details so the transition between cards was really well handled Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

They clearly think and design for their customers.

They clearly think and design for their customers. They come up with concepts I never knew I needed (like Pots) and change your life with them. They are also educating a generation who were not taught properly about money how to care for money, make sensible decisions with money, and avoid unnecessary debt and struggles because of money. Fantastic for overseas transactions

I use a Monzo card for overseas transactions as they don't charge a fee. Fantastic rate. Great notifications every time the card is used. Feels safe and secure. And the bright cards get the attention of busy staff when we want to pay the bill! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
