I'm happy with Monzo. I did partially switch to Starling a year ago due to poor customer experience with Monzo and what I felt was a decreasing service for non premium members. But even with these negative changes, they still hold up well against Starling (and very well against high street banks). Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo makes managing my money much less stressful. I have clarity over how much I'm spending, what I have left to spend, and what I'm saving too. The product is slick, and makes things easy. This year, I've started using their investment product and I'm so impressed at the transparency over my investments - plus I'm currently seeing good returns, which is a bonus! Completely obsessed with Monzo. Been banking with them for about 8 years and use it for literally everything. It's so easy to save money, transfer, open joint accounts and even invest in stocks and shares. No other bank comes close. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
