I have found their online banking by far the best I’ve encountered. Savings interest rates are excellent and really showing high street banks how it should be done. In addition it is a great card to use overseas. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Great experience

Premium account customer and would recommend 100%

Having been a Monzo customer for numerous years now and more than that, a premium customer, it has been great. They are innovative, easy to use, customer centric, adaptive, user focused and quick to listen to comments via social media which is great. My personal experience when having cards lost/stolen or fraudulent transactions has always been dealt with in a quick and easy manner, no long winded forms and dealt with like a human which is an excellent customer experience for a bank. The experience I have had with a dispute over a supposed refund issued to me that never arrived was not dealt with in as a helpful way and therefore I cannot commit to 5 stars but, 4 stars for sure and would absolutely still recommend. Awesome experience to have everything in one place.

Awesome experience to have everything in one place. Saving pots, pots for bills & investments + can get my money early - what's not to love. The user experience is sleak and simple and i feel like i have full control. Only thing i'd wish is if Monzo would have a more detailed web account. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo is the only bank that knows its customers. Its wild the way they have established themselves as a legitimate financial institution and continues to be a front running player in this market. How the large banks have not caught up is simply embarrassing. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
