Monzo is the only bank that knows its customers. Its wild the way they have established themselves as a legitimate financial institution and continues to be a front running player in this market. How the large banks have not caught up is simply embarrassing. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Very nice bank that really helped me out at the beginning of my life here in the Uk, the process to open a bank account this easily was never a concept I even dreamt of. Monzo is brilliant.

Monzo is brilliant. The app-based banking experience is great and makes it so easy to manage money, see what's going out when and which account/pot it's going from. Get paid a day early is also a superb feature. Customer service is good, but it's slower than it was when the bank was smaller - back then, it was almost instant. It isn't now, and I hope it picks up again, but via chat in the app is the best way to do it. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
