Monzo makes banking easy

I have used Monzo for a few years now and not only do they keep delivering amazing features in their app their customer service is on point! Quick, helpful and friendly. So happy to have moved to monzo!

Its so simple and easy. Everything is guided with pictures and cartoons. The cards are bright and have all details on 1 side of the card. Has so many genius features that make everything so easy. Like setting up pots to save for things seperately and see where you stand on your pots. You can customise it all, theres encouragement to help you save like the 1p challenge. Honestly the only regret i have is not moving to monzo sooner. It helps me manage money so much better just because i can split my moneh up within 1 account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Simply Excellent

I have used Monzo for a number of years now and can hands down say that their experience is simply excellent compared to other providers. A helping hand when needed.

I’ve always had a very professional relationship with Monzo. They’re there in the background, just working for you, nothing to see until BOOM you need them, problems, reassurance, help, and they work their magic and all is good, back to normal, problem over and once a week a lovely Gregg’s sausage roll. The best bank to ever exist!

The range of different features is amazing. Anything from earning cash back to phone insurance cover, different pots to pay out bills or even use a pot for your favourite things to buy the range is massive. The saving challenge is really helpful if your not very good at saving in big lump sums and with my monzo max I can view all of my cards from different banks and credit card companies in the same app. Best thing I ever did was switch to Monzo and I highly recommend everyone does. Refer a friend also gives you up to £50 in a mystery gift, it’s a no brainer! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
