I’ve had a really positive experience using Monzo. The app is incredibly easy to use and makes managing my money feel simple and stress-free. I especially like the instant notifications and how clearly everything is organised—it helps me stay on top of my spending without even trying. Features like savings pots and budgeting tools have genuinely helped me become more mindful with my money, and I feel much more in control compared to traditional banks. Everything is quick, transparent, and designed in a way that actually makes sense. Overall, Monzo has made banking feel modern, convenient, and tailored to everyday life. By far the easiest bank I’ve ever dealt with.

I’ve banked with Monzo for about 4 or 5 years now. The whole process of switching was effortless. They literally switched everything for me in what felt like seconds. I love their kids accounts too. No cost and I have full control of their junior accounts through the app. Anytime I’ve needed support it’s been seamless through the app. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026

Switch to monzo was effortless. round ups and savings post options are great along with the penny challenge, can’t believe more banks haven’t done this. The apps ui is great and very informative. The Best Bank

I joined Monzo just because I needed a second bank account set up quickly and without hassle and a work colleague had mentioned using them. Several years later they are my main account and in addition I have a Flex account and personal loan with them. I rave about them to everyone and can't imagine using any other bank. Any issues I have had have been dealt with and although I wouldn't say it's always been seamless, I have never felt let down or disappointed by the handling of any issues raised (which have never been a Monzo caused issue btw). I have had Monzo for a while now it was recommended to me by family and still is. There are so many aspects to the app that are so helpful such as savings pots, investment pots and pensions, let alone the fact that they can help people with their bills if the bills with certain conditions. They have so many additional features such as being able to manage multiple bankcards from different companies from the Monzo app, cashback and more. Could not recommend enough. Also if you send someone the friend link both you and them can earn up to £50. Amazing. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
