Great bank great team great service

Monzo is super simple the customer service team are very friendly and willing to help you solve all your issues, I had to dispute a transaction with monzo and the team blocked my card so nothing could happen and said if I needed it just message and they can unblock for the time I need whilst the investigation is underway, with monzo you can get payed a day early and I’ve never seen that with any other bank it comes in very handy sometimes Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024
