best chat functionality

I got married recently and had to change my name across multiple bank accounts. Monzo was super straight forward. I used the chat, the change was made instantly and my replacement cards were in the post the next day. I decided to close one of my other bank accounts based on an opposite experience. Amazing with monzo! Also the saving pot interest rate is just as good as my other accounts. I also love the app experience. Everything is just clear and easy. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
