Monzo was new to me,

Monzo was new to me, having been linked to the established banks, so in trying to secure a bank for a new business venture I went to Barclays whom I'd been a customer with for 27 years and applied for an account. This was taking some time so someone recommended Monzo and within a matter of days we were up and running...we're still waiting for Barclays some 15 months later! Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

User friendly app and awesome insurance

The resilience team - excellent

Monzo have been amazing when I was subject to fraud the support that was given due to becoming a nervous wreck they contacted me everyday to see how I was coping they promptly sorted my money back. £300 was taken in a single mum and I could not provide for my child just because of this they weee really fast the team was good Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

I love my Monzo account

Monzo is such an easy and simple current account to use. To be able to move money between accounts and pots so simply, setting bills to be paid from specific pots and request and send money to other people is a really nice touch.
