Excellent first class experience at all times

Excellent service, all transactions are immediate so easy to keep track of spending. Rates for savings are also very competitive and very easy to set saving pots to mature at different times so you can have set income throughout year. Had a problem with a transaction whilst in USA and customer service were very prompt in solving. As an older person who was used to normal high street banking Monzo was a very pleasant surprise and is so easy to use. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
