A great account with everything I need

A great account with everything in one easy to use place. Night and day compared to highstreet banks like Santander - support is easy to access and the app is very intuitive. Phone notifications which seems like a no-brainer are a big bonus to apps and Monzo implementation of these is perfect. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Simplicity & ease

I’ve had Monzo for over 5 years now and I’ve stuck with it even throughout all of the bank switch incentives simply because they’re the simplest & most transparent bank I’ve ever been with. The customer service is incredible as well with extremely low wait times for a reply through the live chat feature and very friendly staff. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Great Customer Experience

I began transferring my current account from HSBC to Monzo but realised after a day that it wasn't the right time to do so. The Monzo customer service team were amazing at ensuring the process was halted and that I wasn't inconvenienced in the slightest - HSBC were quite the opposite. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Monzo makes banking fun.

Monzo makes banking fun. I love how easy it is to bank with Monzo and I feel like I can trust the bank. Plus their rounding up pot is a GAME CHANGER. For a very financially illiterate person, Monzo has done an amazing job at informing me of my spending. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Very intuitive and useful

The app is really intuitive, it is easy to use, it gives notifications when you do not have enough for upcoming direct debits. The spending categories and charts are also well layed out. Also, not paying fees when paying in a foreign currency is really appreciated. It is actually one of the main reason why I opened an account with them in the first place.
