Easy to use!

Best current account EVER

I tried Monzo after a friend and fellow-ADHDer recommended it. It has honestly helped to pull me out of a hole and manage my money better. I have tried EVERY app/account/trick out there to help with budgeting etc but nothing has worked…until now. When I get paid my money shoots off into little pockets. I pay certain bills from each pocket and so I know, as the month goes on, that I won’t run out of money for the important stuff. This hasn’t changed my spending mentality; I still want to spend all my money on complete tosh as soon as I get it BUT I am now in control and don’t end up with too much month left at the end of my money. I have had a transactional dispute with Monzo and the Customer Service person I spoke with via the chat facility was utterly woeful. I escalated the case and the team that looked into it after that have been fantastic and restored my faith in Monzo, therefore it wouldn’t seem fair to knock a star off for that. Easy banking

Since being with monzo my banking has become much easier. Standing orders are easily setup with no fussing about with a card reader. Getting paid a day earlier has been a big bonus. Flex is also an excellent but now pay later option that has helped several times on those big purchases. Customer service answers fast within the online chat and you also get a clear answer not copy and pasted instructions. Overall best bank I've had. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

So easy to use

I have tried a number of "app" banks, and Monzo is by far the best - I use a current account for everyday spending and it's so useful for tracking spend and keeping to a budget. And best of all, all the features are so easy to use! Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Never thought I would review a bank

Honestly never thought I’d care enough to take the time to review a bank, but I’ve actually found Monzo to be both useful and impactful in my life. The tools, availability, and the fact that everything can be done via the app without the need to find time to go to a branch is amazing. I’d recommend Monzo to anyone who wants a bank that is more than just a piggy bank and has actual beneficial tools. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

I used them as main bank

I did use it until last month as my main bank. But since they keep refusing me for overdraft. I opened new account with natwest while they have a £200 offer. Monzo still stays my secondary bank. But if they keep refusing me I will close it down. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Top bank, excellent service and awesome app

I opened up a Monzo current account and immediately they gave me a £250 overdraft facility even though I didnt need or ask for it. The app is dead easy to use and now I have my card pre loaded to my smart watch. In addition they clear wages, cheques etc much earlier than conventional banks and do not charge a fee.
