I recommend over and over again

Monzo is a fantastic bank. Its very easy to budget and monitor finances. Shared tabs are a fast and easy way to share bills and costs. Excellent app design. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Excellent all round.

What can I say, the app works, the card works, the account has cool features, flexing payments, managing direct debits etc. So much nicer than my high street banking apps. Hopefully they will do mortgages soon as well ... Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Monzo Plus is helping me to change the way I manage my money

I signed up for Monzo Plus at the beginning of May and it really is helping me to manage my money differently. Although there is a small (£5) monthly fee for having this type of account, the benefits are very much worth the cost. Being able to set custom categories for my spending, look at trends, get spending reports, and set budget targets is making me pay far more attention to what I am spending and where, and I eagerly check the Trends tab in my app every morning to make sure that I am still on track. Given that I have a history of compulsive spending due to mental health issues, the fact that I am now able to get control of my spending really is a huge step forward for me, and Monzo Plus is the main reason I have been able to do this. Company has gone downhill.

Bought an item off the internet. I did not receive the item, I contacted the bank and they just replied with pre-written templates. I made a complaint and they refused to deal with my complaint claiming they were too busy to deal with my complaint. I would avoid all this small banks and go back to the old school high street bank. Never trust online banks that can not even deal with customer complaints. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Beautiful app and easy payments

The best thing about Monzo is how easy it is to request payment from people for something small. Setting the amount you are able to share a link or qr code so people can pay you without inputting bank details. Genius. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Love the app

Easy and stress free
