Free travel insurance

Company are ok and seem trustworthy. With their Premium account (£15 per month) you get free travel insurance for yourself and partner so works out about same as buying it if not a bit cheaper plus you can withdraw up to £600 (I think) when abroad, so another bonus. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Outstanding modern approach to banking that both humiliates and makes redundant the ‘catch up’ features high street banks are trying to push as new and improved. Terrible Customer service

I have not been able to access my current account since February. They give me deadlines where I will get an answer and they are never resolved. If there was 0 stars I would give them zero. A lot of incompetent staff here, Micheal, Jessica, Frankie, Lottie, Summer, Frankie, Fiya, Douglas, Lucia, Matthew, Rebecca, Lola, Millie, complaints team, fraud investigation team, specialist team. It's all hocus pocus

Monzo has a strict privacy policy that does not tell customers what is wrong with their application. Without informing the end user what is wrong how are they supposed to know what to fix so they can be eligible for an account with them? Their customer service agents are not very helpful when it comes to answering questions either. Would not recommend as a bank. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023
