Modern, friendly, taking on the big banks!

I love being a Monzo customer, I just wish I joined them on day one. I've unfortunately recently experienced financial hardship and Monzo have been incredible and very supportive. I feel like an individual rather than a sort code/acc no, I think this is the Monzo experience. Very good bank

Not had any issues with Monzo. Until recent when I lost my card and was a victim of fraud. In the process of having this delat with by Monzo. All seems very friendly via live chat. Very professional and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

I'd never go back to a high street bank!

As the title suggests, Monzo have changed the way I look at banking for the better. I used to be all about traditional over the counter service, but since moving my current account to Monzo I've not looked back. The simplicity and having everything on an app, the ability to still immediately contact people, the speed at which digital processes and transactions are completed,, everything is just brilliant. The app has always performed flawlessly for me, I've never experienced any issues with accessing money of making payments. The security is at just the right level to be reassuring without driving you mad. They are, quite simply, brilliant! Reviewed on: 19th June 2023

Monzo is terrible! Stay Away!!

I have Monzo in the US. I had to dispute a transaction for which I did not receive cash back and also a cash app transaction. When I disputed the agent (Mike) took hours at a time to respond and did not inform me that my card would be blocked until after he did it. Next after asking him to remove the dispute if my card would need to be blocked, as I still needed the card and couldn’t wait 7 days for a new one, he told me that not only would my card be blocked but in fact my entire account shut down. This was with no warning or notice. Just a hours long chat. I called the us support phone number more than 10 times and they tell me there is no agent available and hang up.
