Keeps your money safe!

Monzo is excellent! A few months ago I got a unrecognised transaction from my account, but they blocked it before it took the money out. Fortunately, they froze the card and I got in touch with their great customer service and they sent me a new card. I've been with them for years, and I would highly recommend. Could be a lot better if you could talk to a person. Everything that you do is on the app and sometimes it takes long for them to respond which is t great. If you are a vulnerable customer and you need help asap, this isn’t great. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
