Terrible Customer service

I have not been able to access my current account since February. They give me deadlines where I will get an answer and they are never resolved. If there was 0 stars I would give them zero. A lot of incompetent staff here, Micheal, Jessica, Frankie, Lottie, Summer, Frankie, Fiya, Douglas, Lucia, Matthew, Rebecca, Lola, Millie, complaints team, fraud investigation team, specialist team. It's all hocus pocus

Monzo has a strict privacy policy that does not tell customers what is wrong with their application. Without informing the end user what is wrong how are they supposed to know what to fix so they can be eligible for an account with them? Their customer service agents are not very helpful when it comes to answering questions either. Would not recommend as a bank. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Great banking app

Visible and easy to understand real time data

What I love most about the Monzo account and accompanying app is the fast and real time data. The app provides with regards to transactions and spending… streets ahead of High Street banks. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023
