With all this news about branch closures you see with normal banks, Monzo are absolutely breaking the chain and making banking so much easier, and more inclusive for everybody. No more do I have to go to a branch to speak with someone about a problem, I just live chat and the problem is dealt with. Reviewed on: 12th April 2023

Breath of fresh air

I was sick and tired of the processes and how complex high street banking was, switching to Monzo was a breath of fresh air, card came quickly, easy to set up, so cool to visualise your money and budgets in once place. I actually now feel more in control of my money. Reviewed on: 12th April 2023

Services you didn't know you needed

Monzo makes banking exciting...yes you read that right. They provide features I didn't know I needed, but am hooked on, such as categorising payments and money pots with separate, virtual cards. I recommend Monzo to all of my family and friends (despite working for a competitor for the last 5 years!) Reviewed on: 12th April 2023
