With Monzo, everything it's easy and comprehensive, no hidden fees, everything in the app, friendly customer services always willing to help, no need to wait 100 years on the phone to solve your query, just chat with them via app and anything that might happen in your current account will be quickly escalated and solved. My Monzo

A bank I love

Monzo is my absolutely favourite banking app. When I transfer monies between accounts, unlike same banks it appears instantly, instead of the usual day of two. The features in the app are excellent and have been copied many times by other banks. The save a penny pot has allowed me many times to see the month out.
