A Bank that Cares

A couple of years ago, I was looking for a new bank. My parents had set me up with a traditional bank. However, being a young, digitally-savvy individual looking for more insight and breakdowns into my financial life, I was on the hunt for a new bank. I came across numerous challenger banks. After some reviewing and debating, I settled on Monzo. It’s safe to say I have never looked back. Not only do Monzo continue to deliver great customer service, innovative new features and insightful spending analysis, for the first time ever, I genuinely feel like they care about me and my financial health. When I was scammed (I know, ironic for someone ‘digitally-savvy’), they gave me my money back instantly whilst they chased up the fraud claim. No questions asked. yeah it's banging!

One of the standout features of Monzo is its user-friendly app. It's easy to use and provides a seamless way to manage your money. Great but needs to keep up

Have used Monzo for years and think it’s great. However, I think other challenger banks such as Kroo and Revolut have great features that Monzo could benefit from. Revolut for example has the option to hold multiple currencies and crypto. Kroo has the best east access interest for a current account. As much as I love Monzo, I need a reason to not switch away!
