Lovely user experience thy name is Monzo

When I first came to the UK, I did not have a bank account. I had a forex card, which levied huge transaction charges for every payment, with the hustle of unpacking and jet lag, I couldn't go to a bank to open an account and a friend suggested Monzo, and two days later, I had a card in my hand. Couldn't live without Monzo!

Before Monzo, I hated banking. I hated checking my balance, I'd dread any email or letter I received, I was so averse to saving and staying on top of my finances. Monzo changed EVERYTHING. I am so much more confident, in control, and happy about my money. The excellent customer service, great user experience, and fun extras like choosing pictures for pots all make a difference. Monzo has been a part of my life since the beginning. The ticket line for my set-up was one of the first things I remember. After only one week with them, I began recommending them to my friends and family. The ease of sending money, the user-friendly interface, and the benefits of traveling overseas. Simple, Trustworthy, Safe

Monzo has been my first account that I opened that was purely digital. I had my initial apprehensions, but - Monzo proved itself a trustworthy bank where my money was safe. I had not had a single instance where I had to reach out to the customer service for anything literally. Everything is pre-addressed. It is that simple to bank with Monzo. They were the first bank that simplified The whole experience for me. Their spend notifications, monthly and yearly round-up and the super simple but powerful UI puts them, at least in my head, at the front of the pack. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
