What every bank should aspire to be.

Simplicity and communication. That's it! As an "everyday" banker, I, like so many others now don't have thousands stored away in savings so interest rates are not the most important thing in like. What IS Important is having a bank that communicates with you and tries to make your life easy. The Monzo banking app has been a revelation in pulling my finances into one place to manage, and the Monzo Flex capability has changed the way I manage my finances. Easy to use

I got into Monzo through my partner who had used it when traveling. I opened an account too as we were due to go on holiday. Since then, Monzo has been super easy to do everything I need with. AMONZING

Monzo are bloody brilliant! Each and every time I’ve needed to help it’s been a simple process of chatting with a live agent, no waiting, no messing around, no need to leave my comfy sofa. They are leading the way in educating the impact of neurodiversity and debt, and also in abuse and debt. Which makes me feel safe banking with them, they see more than just their profits.
