Great but needs to keep up

Have used Monzo for years and think it’s great. However, I think other challenger banks such as Kroo and Revolut have great features that Monzo could benefit from. Revolut for example has the option to hold multiple currencies and crypto. Kroo has the best east access interest for a current account. As much as I love Monzo, I need a reason to not switch away! Life admin is dull as rain in the middle of November (usually). Though with Monzo it’s just so easy to use, they really feel like a pocket pal and will use such clever tone of voice and language to never make paying bills, moving money, or just being structured with finances feel overwhelming or like a chore. I love the flexibility of creating individual pots for my own needs, with the added bonus of plus where I can have virtual cards synced directly to said pots means sticking to budget has legit never been easier! Have been a user of Monzo since the early days. They're a fantastic company which really provide the efficiency and level of customer service that customers need for their payments. They've risen the bar for banks and Fintechs in the UK. I particularly like their new monzo flex product which had been very useful.
