Best bank without a doubt

I’ve been a customer since Monzo’s early days, when they got their banking license I doubted in making them my primary bank, but I’m glad I did. I’ve never had any issues, their customer service is incredibly helpful and super responsive. Most banks are a pain to deal with, hours on the phone, from one operator to the next, ridiculous automated phone systems but Monzo is the complete opposite. Beyond helpful and feels safe.

I have always had a positive experience having my current account with Monzo. Their staff are always happy to help and deal with all enquiries really quickly. Any time I have had any problems, such as a stolen card and money spent, they have always actioned quickly and even reimbursed the money that was fraudulently spent. Fantastic

Deffo best bank

I love Monzo! I used to use one of the high street banks which would take you through about 10 hoops to get a simple bank statement. But Monzo are modern and understand their market. People want an easy to use and access bank. Monzo is just that + their CS is amazing Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

The easiest, non-bureaucratic bank to have

Monzo Bank is the most friendly and easiest-to-use bank I have ever had - it changed my mind completely! It is designed for customers and I even believe by customers. I will much recommend this Bank - I hope this will be the future of banking. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
