They are absolutely amazing company fault them been with them for two years know and to say the least they are the best banking app ever. Don't have your back

They don't look after you when you need them most. Will lock your account with no explanation or timeline of resolution, leaving you without funds to keep operating in life. They will send you a link to a food bank instead when you explain how desperate the situation is. All customer services are remote offshore, no physical branches. They act all cute and playful and send emojis when you're trying to explain a serious financial problem Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

My Monzo Experience!

I started using monzo after seeing it advertised on social media. I was very reluctant at the beginning as i’d heard many bad things about it. However, Monzo has been a great way to manage my money and help me to save well! I’d definitely recommend to students especially if they are trying to save, as you have the opportunity to make round ups automatically, allows you to lock your savings pot. And also you can get interest on your isa savings accounts! 100% recommended. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
