Great bank

It has been great for all the time I’ve used it made some money in referrals and I had my card stolen and used and I got my money back within a few hours and a new card a day or two later Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I’ve been with Monzo for years now, I have the Monzo plus thing so for £7 a month I get a free Greggs every week, a rail card, free cinema tickets plus so much more. Overdraft fees are very reasonable too, honestly would never think of moving to a different bank, I love it over here! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

They do not have your backs.

Had a joint account. my partner was a victim of a scam/fraud. We went to our police, had an interview and crime reference number. We reported it immediately to Monzo. Monzo ‘investigated’, she got her money back a while later but they closed her account and the joint current account. Leaving just mine. So simply, I switched out. I’m not having a bank which does not have anyone’s back. Clearly intimated by a bigger bank and folded very quickly. I would not recommend to anyone. There are far better banks out there that will protect you and your money. Only good thing they have is money at 4pm day before. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
