Okay, but not great

I like the product, but NOT the management. Using account as bill paying tool, but always aware that Monzo can go funny and close my account with no reason. That's why keeping extra rent money aside, just in case. Not the best reputation about them so far from my environment people. I am happy to keep an account and use it, but it would be NO skin off my nose it it would get closed. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Great service and amazing app.

Great service and amazing app. I have the Monzo max and you get a lot of good benefits for a little price. Has saved me a lot of money on other things. Also provides credit score and good interest rates on your savings. Always seems to be adding more stuff as well to help. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026

Simplicity & easy to use 5***** Monzo

Ive been with Monzo since 2018

Ive been with Monzo since 2018 and never had any issues. I love thier pots and savings which gives me peace of mind to managing my money. Thier perks on Max that covers insurances, cinema tickets and much more at £17 per month is excellent.
