Great product overall with fantastic user interface, branding and credit limits. Cashback offerings are decent but could be better and should be applied without needing to opt in. Had to dispute one charge which took a long time to be progressed by their automated process but once they manually reviewed the dispute, they progressed the matter quickly. Monzo is great

I really appreciate the pay in three feature as it helps manage larger expenses without causing financial stress. Monzo has excellent customer service and they respond quickly and helpfully.
