Unmatched

Monzo Bank have done a spectacular job since they came to be. As a customer from the early days, I feel very seen and valued whenever a new feature comes out and I get to trial it out (year in review, 2 years in a row). The fun challenges they put in for their customers are a great way to teach about finances and keep people involved. Their social media team is also fantastic.
