Never had any issues. Great value for money. I also have Monzo Perks and I get great use out of it every month. They’ve been great with a fraudulent transaction I had and helped resolve the issue in a timely manner. Overall solid bank, been with them for 6 years now and can’t see myself moving. I find it easy to navigate within the Monzo credit cards, personal account and joint account. It’s super convenient to use!
