I was debanked by Barclays for a reason they wouldn't disclose. I signed up for Monzo and it has been plain sailing ever since. Everything is so easy, and completely self-service, which means I don't have to wait in phone queuing systems for anything. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Monzo takes an innovative and human-centric approach to banking. Flex has helped me easily spread the cost of high value purchases while maintaining my credit score. perfect aid to your indulgence while being responsible

The Monzo flex is the perfect tool that allows you to explore your indulgences while being financially responsible. Brilliant Product!

Monzo Flex is a very straightforward product to use; very simple to set up and to use using the Monzo app. Fantastic flexibilty in using it online or with the physical card instore. Even further flexibility in being able to tailor repayment dates and amounts, or even pay early - and by far the biggest bonus, is being able to transfer an ordinary card purchase retrospectively onto Flex.
