Incompetent is the nicest thing I can say about them. Repeatedly failed to send someone out, 'forgot' to send people etc etc The worst insurance agents I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't go with them again if they were free. Reviewed on: 18th December 2016

Stay away from these crooks

Tried to cancel my home insurance because i was going overseas. They blocked my cancellation every way they could. Even said the policy was in my wifes name when i had policy in front of me saying it was in mine. Took me two days to cancel. Keep away from this lot and pay a little more. Good rates and cover but poor customer service

I have just taken out contents insurance with them as their's was the best rate and cover for me but so far their service has left me very unimpressed. The first problem I experienced was with having online quotes emailed to me. It let me save one but then it would not let me do any more with the same email address as it said 'this address is already registered'. I therefore phoned up and, after going through the quotation and policy in some detail, I was told that, due to an error on their system, I couldn't insure personal possessions away from home for £500 - it had to be a minimum of £1000 and this put the cost of the policy up further. Had I continued to take out the policy online I would have been none the wiser as I would have been able to cover for just £500. They explained there may have been problems further along the line with this as I may not have been covered properly or may have had to pay an additional premium. I then had issues with registering and logging into my account online - they sent two emails containing temporary passwords - one email was addressed with my correct name and the other with my name followed by random letters and numbers - neither password worked. I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to resolve it by phone but I gave up as it cost so much to call. I emailed customer services - they left me a voicemail asking me to call back but the number they left didn't work and I have sent two further emails including a complaint but have not yet heard back - it has now been over a week. All of these problems have not instilled any confidence in them so I hope I never have to make a claim! Reviewed on: 13th October 2016

Excellent and swift service

We called More Than when we had a leek in our livingroom from the loft. They listened to us and ensured we would have an emergency plumber out. They were out within a matter of hours, fixed the issue there and then and that was it. This was included in our policy and cost us nothing. Great. Reviewed on: 25th September 2016

Quick to repsond, very helpful, professional

Efficient, helpful staff when you ring them for help. Have been with them for more than 30 years. When I had to contact them they organised the problem to be addressed very quickly. Their policy is a bit more expensive than soem others. Reviewed on: 25th September 2016

Great until you make a claim, don't waste your money, read the real reviews on Trust Pilot!

They will go to all lengths not to honour a claim, most of the reviews on here are not a result of a successful, trouble free claim so should not be taken as such, very misleading! Read the experiences of people on Trust Pilot. I was taken in by their friendly, no hassle approach until I made a claim and boy how things changed. happy carefree cover for less than a coffee a day

I'm a tenant in a 1 bed house from my local housing assoc 3 high end or declared items and full contents cover , and shopped around with my last renewal but at less than the costa of a coffee I'm MORE TH>N covered and have been for at least 7 yrs , that's not just cover that's complete peace of mind Reviewed on: 25th August 2016
