On hold for over 7 hours

Waited on the phone for 7 hours no one ever answered. Did this 7 times never hot an answer contioniously on hold. Gave up after so many days trying. So never got any help at all complete waste of time. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

My experience was excellent and the advice given was spot on. I questioned a debt from 10 years ago that a debt company apparently picked up, I knew nothing about this and it did not show on any credit reference agency report. National debt line helped sort out all the leg stuff and the result ended very well in my favour. If in doubt. Call them Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

Quick, simpleAnd easy

So I was struggling with debt from my energy provider and I was advised to contact national debt line regarding this. I put it off for a while as I was hesitant about how long the process was going to be. When I finally decided to go ahead and give them a call I was very pleasantly surprised. They made me feel at ease straight away! I was asked about my realistic income and expenditure to put forward for EON in order for us to set up an affordable payment plan. Everything was gone through with complete detail a form was put together. The process was complete within an hour and it was great. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

I got myself into debt & I turned to these wonderful people. They supported me by helping sort out Partial but Final settlements as I had inherited a small amount of money. The weight that was lifted from me was amazing & I still live by the budget system now. Highly Recommend to anyone 5***** Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
