Really helpful and saved me a load of money

I called them about a letter from a debt collection company about a historic debt. They gave advice on how to deal with the debt, advised that I check there was no CCJ and that the debt should be time stature barred. I followed their advice, sent one of their pro-forma emails and the debt company have agreed the debt is time statute barred and that they will not be pursuing me for the debt. A 5 minute phone call saved me almost £100 Reviewed on: 20th February 2024
