Life saver

I was so stressed and burying my head in the sand. Then this sweet, kind, caring person at the end of the phone gave me hope. She made me feel valued. She made me believe it will be ok and that “we” can sort it. Made me feel as if I wasn’t alone but at the same time that I wasn’t just another number. She listened to me and gave me a voice.
