Life saver

I was so stressed and burying my head in the sand. Then this sweet, kind, caring person at the end of the phone gave me hope. She made me feel valued. She made me believe it will be ok and that “we” can sort it. Made me feel as if I wasn’t alone but at the same time that I wasn’t just another number. She listened to me and gave me a voice. National Debt line not fit for purpose.

I contacted National Debtlibe through Citizen's Advice. I spoke to someone who was quite disinterested. They said someone would call me within two days but they didn't. Then they called me while I was at a hospital appointment and could not take the call. I tried to call back but no luck. Never heard from them again. I was devastated by the lack of support.
